Poster Guidelines & Printing your Poster for APMC with KwikKopy
Dimensions
All posters must be A0 size and must be mounted in portrait orientation. The maximum poster width is 841mm and maximum height is 1189mm.
Title
The title should be the same as in the submitted abstract. Include the title of your presentation at the top of the poster.
Poster Organisation
Authors are free to organize their own sections in the poster. However, you are advised to divide your poster into sections such as Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
We consider you to following questions:
• What problem do you address? (Objectives)
• Why is this problem important? (Background)
• How did you address the problem? (Methods)
• What did you discover as a result of your work? (Results)
• What are the conclusions or greater implications of your work? (Discussion and conclusions)
POSTERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE DISPLAYED THROUGHOUT THE CONFERENCE
Posters representing authors are required to be available for presentation during the scheduled poster sessions.

POSTER ORDERING
By following the link below you will be able to order your A0 conference presenter posters and have them delivered to Brisbane Conference and Exhibition Centre in time for the official conference bump in.

There are two production options available:
a) Our 160 gsm matt synthetic, that can be rolled up for easy travel.
b) A 5mm foam posterboard with mounted vinyl
Both options are water resistant and can be wiped clean. The matt synthetic is also completely tear-proof.
Please follow the prompts, upload your artwork, complete payment requirements and your poster will be installed for you at the conference.
NB. There will also be an option to pick up your poster from our centre at 6 Greet Street West End QLD 4101 Australia at the following times:
Thursday 30 January 2025 between 1pm and 4:30pm*
Friday 31 January 2025 between 8:30am and 4:30pm*
Monday 03 February 2025 between 8:30am and 4:30pm*
