Li-An Chu Graduated from the Institute of Biotechnology at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and did her postdoc at Academia Sinica, Bi-Chang Chen’s lab, working on building light-sheet microscopy. She started her lab in 2020, focusing on applying tissue clearing, expansion, high-speed imaging platforms, and AI analysis to various fields, including neuroscience, drug delivery, and biochips. She was awarded the MOST Young Scholar fellow and started her lab with 1 million USD in support for her first 5 years of research.
